Job Description
TEXO Recruitment are searching for a Mechanical Fitter on behalf of our external client, on a contract basis in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire.
You would be working in a team within a very well equipped workshop. Work consists of mechanical fitting duties including but not limited to; dismantling and rebuilding a variety of mechanical equipment for example heat exchangers, pumps, turret gripper assemblies and a variety of components; completing pressure testing and carrying out maintenance of company plant and vehicles.
Salary dependent on experience.
The candidate should also have the following:
- Problem solver/inventive
- A basic understanding of electrical systems
- Understand mechanisms, and be comfortable with hydraulics
- High attention to detail
- MJI, SBT and shell and tube heat exchanger experience are but not essential.
