Mechanical Fitter

Location: Salford
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am- 4:30pm
Contract: Temporary
Pay: £18 per hour

Are you a skilled Mechanical Fitter with hands-on experience in assembling non-conveyorized systems? We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our client and contribute to the assembly of high-quality mechanical systems. If you're passionate about precision, troubleshooting, and delivering excellent results, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Use hand tools to assemble mechanical components.
2. Assemble mechanical components and systems according to 3D models and assembly diagrams.
3. Conduct quality checks to ensure all systems meet required specifications.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during the assembly process.
5. Work efficiently and safely to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role.
2. Proficiency in using hand tools and assembly equipment.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct quality checks.
4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
