We are seeking a Mechanical Fitter to contribute to our projects. This role provides a stepping stone into higher-profile roles as the company continues to grow, supporting your qualifications and development.
The package includes a basic salary of £35k, with potential earnings up to £45k for up to 50 hours of work per week (including door-to-door travel time). Additional benefits and growth prospects make this a unique opportunity.
The person:
We are flexible regarding sector and experience but seek someone with a strong mechanical background, preferably with water/utilities experience. Skills with Penstocks, Motors, Bearings, Winches, Gearboxes, LOLER are desirable.
You will use your mechanical expertise to oversee various projects, working with onsite teams and utilizing your hands-on skills.
The role:
You will work on mechanical aspects of projects ranging from small to large-scale, including design, build, maintenance, and installation, across different client needs, primarily in water & utility sectors but open to other industrial sectors.

We are a 35-year-old M&E engineering firm with a £40m turnover, designing, installing, maintaining, and commissioning sites. We value talent and have a history of developing our staff, including directors who started as apprentices.
