Position: Mechanical Fitter

Location: Leeds

Salary: £35,000 - £41,000

Working Hours: Days (48 hours)

We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Fitter to join a market-leading manufacturing company. Reporting directly to the engineering manager, you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation.

Role Description

1. Providing both Reactive & PPM
2. Working on a variety of machinery including conveyors, chains, belts, etc.
3. Being involved in Project Work
4. Working with Industrial Machinery
5. Fault Finding both Electrically and Mechanically

Skills and Qualifications

1. Maintenance Experience
2. Mechanical Qualifications (Desirable)
3. Fault Finding ability
4. Arc Welding
5. Industrial Background - Highly Advantageous
