Responsibilities

• Perform daily mechanical maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Install plant and machinery as required.
• Work within a Monday-Friday schedule, with potential overtime.

Job description

We are looking for a enthusiastic Mechanical fitter / Engineering fitter to join our in house Maintenance team. At our Hull based tannery.

Duties are daily mechanical maintenance, breakdown repairs & plant and machinery installation work.

Knowledge of gearbox & bearing assemblies - desired

Knowledge of liquid pumping equipment - desired

Fabrication / welding skills - beneficial

Electrical experience - beneficial

40 hours/ week Monday - Friday - overtime available depending on business requirements.
