Hose Fitter - Gloucester

CRP Group is currently working with a national hydraulic and hose specialist that has undergone rapid expansion across various locations in the UK. If you are an ambitious, experienced engineer looking to advance your career, this role might be ideal for you.

As a Mobile Sales & Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:

1. Diagnosing damaged or burst hydraulic hoses on a variety of machinery and repairing them onsite from a mobile workshop/van.
2. Liaising with customers at all levels to ensure successful outcomes and exceeding customer expectations.
3. Introducing the full range of products to customers and developing accounts to increase business.

No specific experience is required; suitable backgrounds include:

• Mechanical background
• Engineering or construction background
• Mobile technician experience
• Tyre fitting background
• Plant fitter experience
• Experience with power or hand tools, spanners, etc.
• Mechanical or engineering apprenticeship
• Vehicle maintenance or technician roles

Alternatively, candidates who have completed an engineering apprenticeship or similar qualification and are seeking a career in service engineering are encouraged to apply. A general engineering qualification is preferable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

A full current UK driving licence is required.
