Saab UK is seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join the Seaeye underwater robotics unit in Fareham. You will assemble a range of mechanical assemblies to customer specifications, including Tether Management Systems and ROV chassis, guided by engineering drawings and work instructions.
You will use hand tools and basic machining/electrical assembly skills, maintain 6S standards, and support development projects. Occasional work at test locations or customer sites may be required.

This role is part of our Saab Seaeye underwater robotics business unit in Fareham. As a Mechanical Fitter you will be tasked with the assembling a variety of small and large mechanical assemblies to customer specification.
