Qualifications

Mechanical Fitter Role Luton

Location: Luton

Duration: Ongoing

Project: Industrial

Start Date: ASAP

CIS / LTD Payments:

  • Mon to Fri (Grade 4 NAECI): GBP26.50
  • Weekends (Grade 4 NAECI): GBP31.50
  • Mon to Fri (Grade 5 NAECI): GBP28.00
  • Weekends (Grade 5 NAECI): GBP33.00

Mechanical Fitter Requirements

  • Heavy industrial experience within mechanical installation
  • CSCS / JIB / CCSNG card
  • NVQ in Mechanical Fitting or equivalent
  • Own tools and full 5-point PPE
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Previous experience in sectors such as power, oil & gas, petrochemical, or chemical industries

Mechanical Fitter Duties

  • Installation and maintenance of industrial mechanical systems
  • Working with various piping and structural components
  • Ensuring accurate layout and fitting based on site drawings
  • Adhering to all health & safety requirements on site
