Job Role - Mechanical Field Service Engineer

£35,000 - £40,000 + Overtime (Up to 1.5x) + OTE of £45k - £50k + 33 Days Holiday

Monday to Friday - 8:00 - 16:30

UK Based Field Service Role (Must be Commutable to Keighley)

The company:
An opportunity has arisen for a mechanical field service engineer to join a business that is going from strength to strength! As a field service engineer, you will be providing maintenance support to FMCG clients across the UK. The company design and manufacture machines for some of the biggest FMCG manufacturers across the UK.

The day to day:
The Mechanical Field Service Engineer role is really varied and involves travel to customer sites from Monday to Friday.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Attending breakdowns
  2. PPM's
  3. Installing various company products
  4. Servicing machinery
  5. Working with various mechanical components

A successful Mechanical Field Service Engineer application will have:

  1. Good understanding of mechanical engineering
  2. Happy to travel and be flexible where required
  3. Ex Navy/REME
  4. A strong customer-facing ability and problem-solving skills
