Job Role: Mechanical Field Service Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Overtime (Up to 1.5x) + OTE of £45k - £50k + 33 Days Holiday

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM

Location: UK Based Field Service Role (Must be Commutable to Keighley)

The Company:
An opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Field Service Engineer to join a business that is going from strength to strength! As a field service engineer, you will be providing maintenance support to FMCG clients across the UK. The company designs and manufactures machines for some of the biggest FMCG manufacturers across the UK.

The Day to Day:
The Mechanical Field Service Engineer role is varied and involves travel to customer sites from Monday to Friday. The main responsibilities of the role include:

• Attending breakdowns
• Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Installing various company products
• Servicing machinery
• Working with various mechanical components

A Successful Mechanical Field Service Engineer Application Will Have:

• A good understanding of mechanical engineering
• A willingness to travel and be flexible where required
• Strong customer-facing ability and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a similar service role or a desire to move into a service role
• Ex-Navy/REME experience is a plus
