Responsibilities

• To prepare full tenders and take responsibility for design and build projects and pre-designed projects
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of tender / projects
• To provide tender breakdown in logical format
• To clarify your tender comprehensively
• To identify and inform risks whilst carrying out tender
• Raise technical queries
• Complete quotation analysis on projects
• Ability to provide accurate budget costs
• Overall understanding & use of Estimation software
• To produce tender submission documents
• Meeting client / contract requirement deadline
