Main Responsibilities:

• Lead Tender Management: Navigate tender inquiries with precision, maintaining our company’s high standards.
• Comprehensive Documentation Review: Dive into tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Design and Operations to align tender designs with client expectations.
• Quotation Analysis : Perform in-depth analysis of received quotations, ensuring competitive pricing.
• Client Engagement: Foster strong client relationships through active participation in meetings throughout the tender process.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 5 years’ experience working as a mechanical estimator.
• HNC or Equivalent
• proficient in Microsoft Office software
• has experience working on commercial shell and core projects.
• Desirable experience working with the Trimble software.
• Willingness to learn and a desire to contribute to a progressive organization.
