Candidates must have proven experience in mechanical estimating, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in industry-standard estimating software.

• Proficient with industry-standard estimating software.

The Role:
Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, you'll join a focused estimating team of four, playing a critical role in preparing competitive mechanical estimates to secure new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed mechanical estimates for a range of commercial and residential projects

• Review project documentation including specifications and drawings

• Collaborate with the Pre-Construction Manager and estimating team to meet bid deadlines

• Identify risks and opportunities for value engineering

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing
