Mechanical Estimator

Mechanical Estimator required for a design, build and maintenance business that is on a major upward trajectory. You will be responsible for managing tenders, estimations and pre-contract administration. This is a great opportunity for an mechanically biased pre-construction manager, estimating manager, project manager, contract manager or senior estimator with a strong electrical background in commercial and industrial installation estimating to join a business that is on a steep upward trajectory.

Requirements:

1. Substantial estimating / tendering background within building services
2. Mechanical bias with good electrical awareness
3. Experience of managing multiple tenders
4. Ability to read AutoCad drawings

Package:

Total earning £66,000 to £76,000
Base salary £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
Bonus based on profit and tender success, typically over £10,000 (net and gross profit figures are transparent)
£6000 car allowance
