Job Title: Mechanical Engineering Technician

Location: Nottingham area

Pay Range: up to £46,500 plus excellent package

Contract Type: Permanent

We are recruiting for a global manufacturer seeking a hands-on, mechanically biased engineer to maintain a production manufacturing site producing industry-leading products. This world-class manufacturing company processes and packs thousands of units daily, offering an excellent opportunity to join a growing site.

Key Responsibilities - Mechanical Engineering Technician

1. Service, adjust, and repair machinery and equipment using appropriate tools safely.
2. Examine machinery and equipment, report on their condition and performance, and develop improvement plans, exercising autonomy to enhance the working environment.
3. Carry out planned and preventive maintenance as per scheduled plans.
4. Maintain the site to world-class standards.

Qualifications & Requirements - Mechanical Engineering Technician

• ONC in Mechanical Engineering.
• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, maintenance, or similar manufacturing qualification.
• Alternatively, an equivalent qualification in electrical or mechanical fields, preferably with manufacturing experience.
