Role Duties & Responsibilities - Mechanical Engineering Technician
- Join a modern, automated factory environment and use your mechanical engineering experience to:
- Maintain, service, and repair a range of production machinery – including motors, gearboxes, high-speed packaging lines, and conveyors.
- Conduct proactive and reactive mechanical fault finding.
- Lead planned and preventative maintenance activities.
- Drive equipment performance improvements in a world-class engineering setup.
- Bring a calm, focused, solutions-driven approach to a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For: Mechanical Engineering Technician
- We value military-trained engineers who’ve been tested in high-pressure environments. Ideally, you’ll have:
- NVQ Level 3 / ONC / C&G in Mechanical Engineering (or Armed Forces trade equivalent: REME, RAF, or Royal Navy training).
- Strong fault-finding and mechanical repair skills.
- Experience with pneumatics and fast-moving machinery (advantageous but not essential).
- A proactive, team-focused attitude with a hunger to learn and grow.
