Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems to enhance our manufacturing processes.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient and sustainable engineering solutions.
3. Conduct detailed analyses to optimise equipment performance and reliability.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry regulations.
6. Deliver training to operators of basic maintenance to drive optimum productivity.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a mechanical engineering role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
3. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
4. HNC in mechanical engineering or related field.
