Excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Engineering Manager to join a well-established manufacturer in a fast-paced role where you'll be the key decision maker across all Engineering activities.

In this role, you'll manage a fast-moving Mechanical & Civil engineering department. You'll manage the maintenance department and oversee change management processes, ensuring all H&S protocols are maintained.

THE ROLE:

  1. Managing a fast-moving Mechanical & Civil Engineering department
  2. Managing the department's maintenance activities
  3. Overseeing Change Management processes
  4. Ensuring H&S protocols are fully maintained

THE PERSON:
  1. Mechanical Engineering qualification (HNC or Degree)
  2. Previous experience in a Management/Supervisory role
  3. Background working with any Industrial Manufactured Product
  4. Maintenance Management and Change Management experience
