£50,000 - £60,000 + bonus, overtime, van, pension, 25 days holiday + BH
Harlow (Commutable from Chelmsford, Bishops Stortford, Stevenage, Hertford, Enfield, Cambridge, London)

Are you an experienced mechanical engineer with leadership skills looking for the chance to step up into a long-term management role with progression opportunities?

They provide essential servicing and repair of motors, pumps, and fan systems to a wide client base. With a strong reputation, a stable client portfolio, and ambitious growth plans, they are looking to recruit a Site Mechanical Manager who will play a key role in their next chapter.

On offer is a varied position where you'll lead site operations, develop and support your team, and have a direct impact on client relationships. Day to day, you'll oversee engineering works, conduct site visits, produce quotations, recruit and appraise staff, and ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety. You'll also have the chance to develop your skills further through in-house and supplier training.
