A position has arisen for a Mechanical Engineering Manager within a highly regarded organisation based in Oxfordshire on a temporary – ongoing contract. This role is responsible for the maintenance of mechanical services within the organisation.

Your duties will include:

  1. Providing engineering and building services leadership, ensuring effective maintenance programs
  2. Procuring suppliers to undertake services; including ppm/statutory/mandatory checks and tests
  3. Supporting the Asset Manager in ensuring that all assets are on the Asset Register and correctly labelled
  4. Assisting the Capital Projects Team and Backlog Maintenance on all projects
  5. Undertaking maintenance assurance reviews and audits on all Preventative Planned Maintenance, Remedial and Reactive Maintenance

The successful candidate should have:

  1. A degree within Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  2. Excellent knowledge of estates and facilities services
