Mechanical Engineering Lecturer (Specialising in CAD, CAM, and CNC)

Location: Oxford • Contract Type: Full-Time • Hours per Week: 37 • Salary: £25-35 p/h

About the Role

A College we\'re working with is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mechanical Engineering Lecturer, with a focus on CAD, CAM, and CNC, to join its dynamic and supportive team.

You will design and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that reflect current industry standards and prepare learners for further education or employment in the engineering sector. You\'ll also contribute to curriculum development, support student progress, and play a key role in shaping the future workforce.

  • Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English
  • Experience in teaching or assessing is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using IT systems and digital tools
  • A flexible, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for education
