Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer for an East London location. The role involves delivering engaging theory and practical lessons across Levels 1-3, teaching core engineering principles, manufacturing processes and workshop skills.

You will assess progress, provide feedback, and help learners achieve qualifications while maintaining a safe, inclusive workshop in line with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Recent industry experience within Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a relevant engineering environment.
• Strong practical workshop experience and the ability to support learners with hands-on engineering activities.
• A recognised teaching qualification is desirable, although experienced industry professionals looking to move into Further Education are encouraged to apply.
