Role: Mechanical Engineer Surveyor - Crane / Lift - Dunbar
Location: Home based with daily travel to a key client site in Dunbar 4 days a week, with the 5th day spent at various client sites. We aim to minimise travel and offer localized areas.
Package: £42,148 - £45,232 per annum, Car Allowance of £5,000 per annum, Company Car, £2,000 joining bonus, one-off retention payment of up to £2,500 (Pro Rata), OT available, Fuel Card, Up to 12% Pension, Healthcare, and other flexible benefits.
Role Purpose:
Perform high-quality inspections to ensure lifting equipment (MEWPS, HIAB, Cranes, FLTs) complies with current regulations under LOLER & PUWER. Mainly site-based at Dunbar, with travel to various client sites. Operate within authority limits, inspection, and H&S standards, focusing on customer service. Produce and deliver inspection reports using Bureau Veritas tools, advise clients, and maintain professional client interactions.
