Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of HVAC systems.
• Ensure full compliance with L8 regulations, including conducting all required water testing.
• Assist shift engineers, Spa, and facility engineers with daily tasks as necessary.
• Complete scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage and workshop areas.
• Report issues or non-compliance to the appropriate hosts.
• Regularly review adherence to LQA standards through physical presence.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the engineering coordinator.
• Support daily operations, including logistical management, maintenance, and repair of all Fire Life Safety systems.
• Assist with guest requests and support operational departments as directed by the Chief Engineer.
