Position: Mechanical Engineer

Location: London

Salary: £45,000 per year

Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer seeking a stable and rewarding opportunity? We are hiring for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team, maintaining an 8-storey commercial office building in central London.

Role Details:

• Shifts: Monday to Friday – Early (7am–4pm) and Late (10am–7pm) on rotation
• On Call: 1 in 3 rota
• £100 standby payment
• Minimum 4 hours paid at time and a half for call-outs
• Overtime: Available

Your Responsibilities:

• Focus on landlord areas only within the building.
• Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and handle reactive tasks.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team, including an onsite Engineering Manager and dedicated Admin.
