Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking a Mechanical Engineer/Plumber for a 12-month ongoing contract with NHS in East Sussex. The role involves routine and non-routine work, including maintenance of mechanical and heating systems, alongside required qualifications in plumbing. Pay Rate: £18ph to 20ph Ltd
Hours: 37.5 hrs 7am to 15:00pm & 09:30am to 17:30pm Mon to Fri
Location: East Sussex
Duration 12 months on going contract
Job description requirements
Carry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine.
Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment and services.
Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.
Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installations
strictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations.
Qualification
Minimum NVQ Level 2 or 3 in plumbing, refrigeration or mechanical services
specialised in a mechanical service (i.e. Gas, refrigeration, heat pumps)
Water safety Training
Experience
experience with all types of mechanical, ventilation or gas installations and maintenance
Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
Other requirements
Own tools & PPE
Ability to interact at all levels.
Flexibility and adaptability.
