Mechanical Engineer Openings (Junior to Senior, Building Services) - Remote - 30-55K

*Remote with rare travel to meetings/building sites across the UK, mainly the Scottish Central Belt.*

Their hiring focuses are currently set on Mechanical Engineers with backgrounds in (or looking to get into) Building Services. They are open to applications from candidates at varying stages in their career from Junior Mechanical Engineers to Senior, ensuring there’s something for everyone to learn, and they are well poised to help talented people reach their potential.

For your talents, they offer remote working (with only rare trips to clients mainly in the Scottish Central Belt), a full home office setup to ensure you have all the equipment and software needed to operate, expenses covered for home working to offset utilities used, and more.

You will work with a wider team of design specialists, tackling mechanical engineering-focused projects and a varied work pipeline for both new and repeat clients including retail, industrial, residential, and more. They have established upskilling programmes so you’ll continue to learn as you go, no matter what level you join at, and enjoy opportunities to add organically to your skill set while delivering a variety of work.

The kind of skills/knowledge they're looking for you to bring:

• Mechanical Design background and extensive work in Building Services
• Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services
• Ability to drive and access to a car for the rare client meets/site visits
• For more senior posts, ideally a background involving team leadership/management/mentoring/guidance
