Job summary

Rivan Industries in London is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to accelerate the mechanical design of our methanation reactor sub-system, focusing on system integration, performance, longevity, and manufacturability. You will own concept generation, create test rigs, and drive design drawings for production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in mechanical/aero or related field.
• 1–2+ years professional experience.
• CAD (SolidWorks) and DFMA experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and manufacture of an entire sub-system.
• Own the concept generation, architecting and technical requirements capture.
• Design test-rigs to validate underlying hypothesis quickly and effectively.
• Own and iterate the design drawings with our inhouse manufacturing team.
• Own the assembly, integration, commissioning and test plans of the methanation reactor sub-system.
• Liaise with external vendors to support our production line.
