Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is helping a Blackpool landmark recruit a Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance) to perform reactive and planned maintenance on bespoke mechanical equipment. You will receive hands-on shadowing and training to build a specialized skillset while contributing to a historic site.

Working a 5-day week (7:30am–3:30pm) with occasional weekend work and a 1 in 5 call-out rota, the role offers overtime and generous company benefits.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background and hands-on maintenance experience.
• Willingness to work at heights and in a maintenance environment.
• Apprenticeship-trained with relevant NVQ level qualifications.
