Qualifications

• A suitable City and Guilds or equivalent NVQ qualification.
• Recognised Health & Safety training.
• Good communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Pass DBS / Police background checks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the estate.
• Support apprentices in learning new skills.
• Work on deadlines and contract performance standards.
• Liaise with sub-contractors to complete repairs.

Skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

Ability to operate SMART devices

Education
