Job summary

Industrial Services Ltd in Cupar, Fife, is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our site-based team across Scotland. You will install, maintain and test industrial mechanical systems with a focus on fuel infrastructure including pumps, tanks and pipework.

We value attitude and practical aptitude; you should hold a time-served apprenticeship or HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering, possess a full UK driving license, and be prepared to travel and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Time-served apprenticeship or HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering.
• Full UK Driving License (Essential).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Install & maintain fuel pumps, tanks and pipework.
• Diagnose mechanical faults to minimize downtime.
• Assist installation of new fuel management systems.
• Ensure work complies with safety regs (MoD/industry).
• Travel to client sites across Scotland; company vehicle provided.
