We are seeking talented and driven Mechanical Engineers at multiple experience levels — Intermediate, Senior, and Principal — to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects across various sectors, including manufacturing, energy, automotive, aerospace, or product design. The ideal candidates will bring a passion for mechanical design, problem-solving, and engineering excellence.


Key Responsibilities (Depending on Level):

All Levels:
  • Develop and design mechanical systems, components, and products.
  • Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Conduct simulations and testing to validate mechanical designs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Intermediate-Level Engineers:

  • Assist in the preparation of technical reports and design documentation.
  • Contribute to project timelines and assist senior engineers with execution.
  • Participate in design reviews and integrate feedback effectively.

Senior-Level Engineers:

  • Lead medium-scale projects or workstreams with minimal supervision.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
  • Oversee supplier and subcontractor engagement for component sourcing and manufacturing.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering function.

Principal-Level Engineers:

  • Take full ownership of large-scale or high-impact engineering projects.
  • Define technical strategy and contribute to long-term innovation planning.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in mechanical design, materials, or systems integration.
  • Represent the company in technical discussions with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and coaching across multi-disciplinary engineering teams.


Qualifications & Experience:

Required for All Levels:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred for Senior/Principal).
  • Proficiency with CAD and FEA tools.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles, thermodynamics, and materials science.

Intermediate:

  • 2-5 years of relevant industry experience.

Senior:

  • 5-10 years of experience with a proven track record of delivering engineering projects.

Principal:

  • 10+ years of engineering experience, including leadership in project delivery and innovation.


Key Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
