Join our team and play a key role in delivering excellence and innovation in Hard FM and Technical Facilities Services.

As a Mechanical Engineer you'll:

Keep Equipment Running: Carry out mechanical maintenance and repairs to ensure everything works as it should.
Diagnose & Fix Issues: Investigate faults and carry out repairs within your technical ability(with the ability to be RP and CP status for the site).
Quality Work: Ensure all work meets industry and Sodexo standards – whether it’s your work or subcontractors’.
Support the Team: Help train and support colleagues in developing technical skills.
Work Safely: Always follow safety rules and make sure others (including subcontractors) do too.
Handle Emergencies: Be part of the emergency response team and assist in critical situations when needed.
Communication: Keep in touch with managers and system users about work orders, using tools like SAP (CAFM).
Sustainability Focus: Be mindful of cost and environmental impact when performing technical tasks.

What we're looking for:

NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience
  • Full UK driving licence
Strong knowledge of industry standards like SFG20
Comfortable working independently and prioritising tasks
Health & Safety awareness (e.g. IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH)
