In this role, you'll support the tuning and integration of vehicle dynamics attributes, gaining valuable experience across multiple disciplines. Job description

Join the vehicle dynamics team at our Client to deliver the ride, steering and handling of future world class vehicles.

The role is focused on supporting the tuning and integration of all aspects of dynamics attribute delivery from concept to production.

You will gain experience across multiple vehicle dynamics disciplines while supporting the Senior engineer in delivery, but also be expected to manage and deliver technical projects.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the fundamentals of vehicle dynamics and a keen interest in driving and subjective evaluation.

Role will require significant travel through the EU to meet testing and business meeting requirements.

Skills Required:
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of Vehicle Dynamics (Experience or/and theory)
  • Experience of vehicle development tools; subjective/objective development, CAE tools, system level/component testing
  • Must have a high level of driving competence.
  • UK driving license is a must.
  • Must pass all Client driving courses.
Experience Required:
  • Degree or relevant experience in engineering
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of Vehicle Dynamics (Experience or/and theory)
  • Must have UK driving license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expected to manage project delivery and have a "can do" attitude
Experience Preferred:
  • Previous experience tuning vehicles
  • Demonstrated driving skills (driving courses, race experience etc)
  • Vehicle Dynamics course
  • Knowledge of PCDS/AMPCS etc.
