Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in mechanical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of fuel tank components and relevant tools.
• Certifications: Confined Space, IPAF, and PASMA essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, test, and inspect fuel systems including OFTEC tanks.
• Install bunded UPP and steel pipework to specifications.
• Inspect and repair fuel pipe systems; test tanks/pipework for safety.

Overview

Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer across the UK working on Fuel Tanks and Pipework systems.

You will mainly be covering the South West but must be prepared for nationwide travel and stay away work.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, testing and inspection of fuel systems (including OFTEC tanks).
• Install bunded UPP and steel pipework to specifications.
• Inspect and repair fuel pipe systems; test tanks/pipework for safety.
• Work with engineers/project managers on installations and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure full compliance with safety standards.

Personal Requirements (Qualifications)

• Minimum 2 years\' relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of fuel tank components and use of hand/power tools.
• Confined Space, IPAF and PASMA certifications (essential).
• Desirable: CompEx 11 (or equivalent), NDT Testing.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; good problem-solving skills.
