Mechanical Engineer

As the market picks up for summer, an energetic and sociable SME in Stockport with 22 people is looking for a Mechanical Engineer who enjoys getting stuck in projects, meeting clients and getting designs out of the door they can be proud of.

This private property company specialises in the development and management of residential and mixed-use properties across the UK. Their comprehensive services include identifying and acquiring properties, refurbishing and renovating, leasing commercial spaces, letting residential units, day-to-day property management, and selling both blocks and individual apartments. Requirements:

Three years' UK M&E experience working across the above sectors. You will ideally have experience using Revit, AutoCAD, IES - IES is not essential but preferred. This company does NOT offer sponsorship and, sadly, isn't in a position to hire short-term candidates with anything less than 4 years remaining on a visa.
