We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to join our client's welding machine workshop team.

Role Overview:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (No weekends)
- Location: Southampton
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair faults in electric and engine-driven welding and cutting equipment.
- Inspect returned machines, identifying and resolving any faults.
- Prepare machines for hire, ensuring they are fully operational and in top condition.
- Adhere to safety standards while performing maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain an efficient workflow and deliver high-quality service.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in welding, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
- Familiarity with welding equipment and cutting tools is highly beneficial.
- Agricultural experience is a plus.
- Forklift engineering knowledge is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to safety.
