About Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME)

Our in-house MEP design and build business supports regional and strategic projects across the UK. With a turnover of £80-100m, we deliver innovative solutions in sectors including custodial, commercial, health, and science.

Location and Contract

Location: Site Based, Southampton
Business Unit: Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME)
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee mechanical works from planning to completion
  2. Review and optimise designs with clients and teams
  3. Manage change control, risk, and quality assurance
  4. Lead delegated work packages and support team performance
  5. Ensure compliance with safety, design, and statutory standards
