Operating from our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Cheshire, we deliver high-quality, quick-turnaround manufacturing solutions with top-of-the-range Italian stick pack machinery.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Engineer with proven experience working on stick pack machinery to join our production team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operation of our lines, supporting both current packing operations and our future in-house powder blending capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, maintain, and optimise stick pack machinery to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
  • Support production changeovers, calibrations, and equipment set-up for new products.
  • Ensure all machinery is operating within food safety, GMP, and BRCGS standards.
  • Work closely with the production and quality teams to deliver against customer requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects across engineering and manufacturing.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with stick pack or form-fill-seal machinery (food or pharmaceutical).
  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
  • Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment is desirable.
  • Solid understanding of food safety and GMP requirements.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Flexible to support shifts and occasional weekend work if required.
  • Electrical and pneumatic fault finding skills.
