Qualifications

  • City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 in Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC required.
  • Prepared to work unsociable hours.
  • Trained in ACOP L8 preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Complete PPM to all Mechanical elements of the building.
  • Handle reactive and ad-hoc building services tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.

About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday to Friday
Additional Details: Occasional weekend call outs
Responsibilities

•Completion of PPM to all Mechanical elements of the building.
•Completion of reactive tasks as required / directed
•Completion of ad-hoc building services works
•Completion of quoted works both inside and outside of normal working hours
•Occasional report writing
•Observe and comply with company Health Safety & Environmental procedures.
•Be an ambassador for OCS, maintain their core values
•Be an ambassador for Somerset House & interaction with public.
•Carry out any further reasonable requests made by management
Skills and Experience

•City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 in Mechanical, Plumbing, HAVAC installation and maintenance
•General building skills
•Prepared to work unsociable hours
•Client facing - able to communicate at all levels
•Trained in ACOP L8
Desirable

•Multi skilled across all FM trades including building fabric and minor electrical works
•Experienced in the installation of building services, specifically with all types of pipework
