This hands-on role supports the upkeep, repair and safe operation of equipment across seawater, freshwater and vehicle assets playing a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, environmental compliance and fish welfare standards.
About the Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of machinery and equipment, supporting both seawater and freshwater operations. You’ll also assist with moorings work, liaise with skippers and site teams, and ensure all vehicles meet MOT standards. This is a varied role requiring technical skill, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

The successful Engineer will work full-time hours, primarily Monday to Friday, with flexibility to support overtime - including weekends when required. In return, a competitive salary is offered based on a 40-hour week, with enhanced overtime rates of 1.5x the standard rate during weekdays and 1.75x at weekends.
