What you'll be doing:

• Taking the reins on technically engaging projects from early-stage design to delivery
• Producing accurate drawings, calculations, and design specifications
• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team and directly with clients
• Bringing innovation and sustainability into every stage of the design process
• Supporting junior engineers and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
• Getting involved with site coordination, project meetings, and hands-on problem-solving

What we're looking for:

• A degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
• Solid knowledge of design software (Hevacomp, Revit, AutoCAD, Amtech, Relux/Dialux)
• Familiarity with Building Regs, British/European Standards - HTMs and BREEAM a bonus
• A proactive mindset and strong communication skills
