Qualifications

• Own safety boots.

Job description

I am currently recruiting for a mechanical engineer for an 11 floor commercial building in the Bank area starting ASAP.

The working hours are Monday to Friday - 7am-4pm/ 9am-6pm with a 1 in 4 call out rota.

Working as part of a 3 engineer site team.

On site they have cooling towers, pressurisation units, chillers, FCU/AHU etc.

To be suitable for this contract you must meet the below criteria:

1. Have a minimum of 3 years maintenance experience in a commercial environment.
2. Be qualified to mechanical city & guilds level 3 or equivalent.
3. Have knowledge of ventilation, calorifiers, pumps, AHU/ FCU, cooling tower maintenance.
4. Be able to provide a minimum of 2 references from work completed in the past 5 years.
5. Have your own safety boots and basic hand tools.

The starting salary is GBP45k per annum with overtime available.
