Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with 3–5 years' experience in aerospace or with hydraulics/hydro-mechanical products—ready to take the next step in your career?

Key Tasks:

  • Work on the full product lifecycle—from New Product Introduction (NPI) to in-service support across high-impact aerospace programs
  • Design hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems used in leading aerospace platforms
  • Translate complex customer specifications into innovative, manufacturable solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop test equipment and ensure design excellence.
  • Drive verification & validation (V&V) and present solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to shaping the engineering culture and best practices.

Your Profile

  • BEng/BSc in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in aerospace, or with gears, hydraulics, or electro-mechanical components.
  • Proficient in CAD tools (SolidWorks or similar), with solid understanding of:
  • Design for manufacture & mechanical design principles
  • Reliability, safety, GD&T, DFMEA, and aerospace quality standards
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Eager to develop into a leadership/mentorship role.
