About the Role
We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join a fast-paced, collaborative team developing cutting-edge medical technologies. This is an opportunity to apply your engineering skills to solve real-world healthcare challenges, working alongside experts in software, electronics, and design.

Required Experience & Skills

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• A passion for solving problems using sound engineering principles and practical intuition
• Strong ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world product development challenges
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team

Desirable Experience
(Not essential, but great to have—training and development opportunities provided by existing team)

• Experience designing electromechanical systems and applying engineering analysis techniques
• Familiarity with data acquisition, processing, and analysis tools
• Experience taking products from concept to manufacture
• Exposure to ISO 14971 risk management processes, FMEA, and fault tree analysis
• Working within or alongside multi-disciplinary teams (software, electronics, design, etc.)
• Client-facing experience, especially within a consultancy or project-based environment
