Joining Vehicle Solutions, part of Motability Operations Limited, the UK's largest vehicle leasing company.
Due to growth and the opening of our new state-of-the-art refurbishment centre, we are seeking a MET technician to join our vehicle reconditioning team in Coalville, Leicestershire. Reporting into the cosmetic team leads, the principal objective of this role is to ensure that vehicles are prepared according to reconditioning standards.
Our MET technicians play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles meet Motability Operations' specific performance and quality standards by enhancing the appearance of our vehicle's paintwork.
Using your technical skills, your key responsibilities include removing/refitting components and damaged panels, preparing vehicles for cosmetic work, working with digital job cards to complete work lines, ordering parts, and using diagnostic equipment for ADAS calibration and fault rectification.
Qualifications
We are a diverse business seeking a MET technician passionate about the automotive industry, with a keen eye for detail and technical knowledge to ensure vehicles are repaired to Motability standards. Experience with latest methods and working in a dynamic environment is preferred.
Minimum criteria:

• Legal to drive a manual vehicle in the UK
• Diagnostic experience
• Strip/fit experience
• EV basic awareness (Desirable)
• ADAS calibration experience (Desirable)
