AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Team Leader for Complex Projects Rail Systems in the UK. You will lead a diverse team, drive design delivery and resource planning, and ensure safe, on-time, high-quality outputs across multiple rail programmes.

As a Mechanical & Electrical Team Leader within our Complex Projects Rail Systems team, you will lead a diverse and highly capable team of engineers, technicians and early careers professionals, delivering complex rail infrastructure projects across the UK. Working both independently and within multi‑disciplinary environments, you will be responsible for leading design delivery, managing resources, supporting project performance, and ensuring technical excellence across Mechanical & Electrical (M&E/E&P) rail systems projects.
