Job description

We're recruiting for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager to oversee a range of building services and construction projects in the Neath/Swansea area. This is a key role leading M&E operations from planning through to delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage M&E elements of multiple live projects

  • Oversee planning, procurement, and subcontractor coordination

  • Monitor progress, budgets, and timescales

  • Ensure health & safety compliance on site

  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams

  • Lead project handover, snagging, and final completion

  • Report regularly on progress and potential risks



Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing mechanical and/or electrical roles

  • Strong understanding of building services and construction processes

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates (or willing to obtain)

  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules

  • Driving licence and flexibility to travel across South Wales
