Location: London or Manchester

London: £67,820 to £84,776 plus £5,000 car allowance per annum

Manchester: £61,698 to £77,123 plus £5,000 car allowance per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) & Infrastructure Manager to join us in the development team. This is an integral role which will see you work closely with the project Development Teams and Strategic Land Teams to lead and deliver engineering support and advice on matters relating to building services and utilities such as electric/ water/ Comms infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the delivery of information gathering, analysis, and stakeholder consultation activities.
• Specify, negotiate, and agree on project deliverables.
• Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints; escalate as appropriate.
• Investigate incidents and reports and provide expert advice to more senior colleagues.
• Provide design process management with a building services perspective within the residential market, through contracting or consulting backgrounds.
• Write and control scopes and design briefs for consultant appointments; ensure clear communication of requirements.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in a building services perspective within the residential market.
• A recognised qualification in Building Services Engineering, or equivalent knowledge demonstrated through industry experience.
• Strong communication and reporting skills, with experience of writing and controlling scopes and design briefs for consultant appointments.
• Design process management background (contracting or consulting).

Location & Working Arrangements

Hybrid working with base locations across England. This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in either London or Manchester. Candidates will be expected to work from the office, for up to 5 days a week, with hybrid working at the manager's discretion. Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required. Occasional travel will be required with attendance at your designated office base and travel to other Clarion offices as needed.
