Key responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing in-house and external contractors, planning works, and handling technical administration.
2. Ensuring maintenance and mechanical works meet standards and deadlines.
3. Managing property refurbishment projects and supplier relationships.
4. Maintaining health and safety records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
5. Leading the property team, including appraisals and training.
6. Developing maintenance strategies and liaising with senior management.
